Our story.
Gyro Rice and Spice started with one idea: bring real, bold Mediterranean food to North Texas without the fuss. Hand-stacked gyros slow-roasted on the spit. Rice that's been simmered, not steamed. Sauces mixed in-house every morning, never out of a packet.
We opened our Dallas kitchen on Forest Lane to serve the neighborhood we grew up in. The line moves fast, but nothing on it is fast food. Today we're in Trophy Club too, with the same recipes, the same fresh-cut vegetables, and the same family running the floor.
